Global Data Manager conversion upload logs — monitor lead-to-conversion upload results across all tenants and manually retry failed uploads.
On load the page fetches the global conversion upload logs and renders the KPI summary (testid conversion-kpi) and the log table (testid conversion-table) with one conversion-row per upload attempt showing advertiser, result and timestamp.

Filtering by result (testid conversion-filter-result) and advertiser (testid conversion-filter-advertiser) plus typing in conversion-search re-queries the logs.

The manual-retry actions (testid conversion-action-retry on a failed row, conversion-retry-all for a batch) re-fetch the logs to reflect the retried state after the Data Manager re-upload.
