Append-only system/audit log viewer — browse all-, audit- and integration-scoped platform logs with tenant/result filters, search and export.
On load the page fetches the system/audit logs and renders the table (testid logs-table) with one logs-row per log entry showing timestamp, actor, tenant, action and result.
